Berry bowl is approximately 8" in diameter and 3 1/2" in height.
Like all Scott's pottery, it was thrown by hand on a foot-powered treadle wheel and glazed with his own unique formulations, in designs he has developed in his 19 years as a full time studio potter. You will receive a unique handmade berry bowl like the ones shown in the photos.
The beautiful flowing deep blue glaze Scott made for this bowl is an opalescent glass - with an earthy rainbow of straw, blue, and violet flowing over a cobalt blue. Like many of Scott's glaze explorations, it is formulated with a layer made from a special glacial clay deposit on our farm!
