People get so excited about Honeycrisp!  It is different - it has sweet juicy breaking flesh that is an unrivaled texture experience.  For flavor it is sweet, with a hint of sweetness - not the most character for a pie - but if you need refreshment on a September day this apple is like watermelon on the 4th of July.

Gala

Gala - you can find these at the supermarket all year, so we only have a couple trees.  When they are fresh, they are sweet with an almost floral aroma.  Crisp.  The ones you get in June about to celebrate their first birthday give apples a bad name.  Eat a strawberry in June, eat these in September!
